gamelan is a type of orchestra in Indonesia with instruments like gongs, bongang, and other various metallophones.

-how do the Indonesians learn gamelan 

the instruments in gamelan are mostly percussion which means they are played by hitting or striking to make music.gamelan's playing requires careful listening self-confidence and a lot of teamwork.\

-what types of instruments do they have?

in gamelan, they use the instruments like gongs, kendangs,gangsa,ugal, bedungs, rebab and may more 

-the performing we did in class

I personally think it's not bad but we were kinda off the tone and we sounded like were playing 2 separate songs but overall it good.

-what are my next steps? 

my next step is gonna try to play at the same time as my partner dia .
