L.Q: Actual texture s used in art why? What effect does it give?
What is actual texture?
Actual texture refers to how the surface feels if it looks soft when you touch it should be soft (you feel what you see)
Reflection: During this lesson, we used different materials like straws, paper, and string to create different textures and stick them on a board that was given by our teacher.
I made some bumpy textures with some staws, crumbly texture with crushed paper, and other textures with other materials.
we were only supposed to use paper but later we decided to use other things too.
I wasn't able to complete the tile.
I used PVA glue to glue everything on.
W.W.W: I was able to use different materials and create multiple textures and they felt like what they look like, the straws were able to stick on the tile without falling down (they stayed on)
E.B.I: even better if I was able to finish the tile filled with textures and make my look more colourful
